Who We Are
Space Coast Waterjet, Inc. is a precision waterjet and CNC cutting shop in Palm Bay, Florida in the heart of the Space Coast corridor. We cut steel, titanium, heat-sensitive alloys, plastic, and stone with the accuracy and documentation that aerospace and defense work demands.
Founded in 2020, we built this shop to fill a gap: fast, precise, well-documented waterjet cutting with the personal service that only a focused small team can deliver. No layers of bureaucracy, no weeks-long lead times. You call, we cut, you get your parts.​
Our Facility
Our Palm Bay shop is equipped with an OMAX 2652 abrasive waterjet and two Laguna Smartshop CNC routers. The OMAX handles metals up to 5"-7" thick on a 26" × 52" table with tolerances of ±0.005" to 0.010". The CNC routers handle acrylic, plastic, rubber, and polycarbonate on 5' × 10' tables.

Our operators, programmers, and quality staff have decades of combined experience in precision cutting, fabrication, and manufacturing. We've served major aerospace providers, defense contractors, and industrial manufacturers across Florida. Whether it's a single prototype bracket or a 200-piece production run of flight-critical components, we bring the same level of care and precision to every job.

Every job goes through a formal pre-production review before we cut a single part. Tolerances, material specs, file integrity, special requirements — we verify everything upfront so there are no surprises at delivery. When you need a Certificate of Conformity, we provide one. When your job requires ITAR awareness and 10-year record retention, we handle it.
Our Roots
Space Coast Waterjet grew out of EnSoul Music Designs, a company with a manufacturing heritage reaching back to 1973. That decades-long tradition of precision craftsmanship of
building to exact specifications and never cutting corners
